About the role
We are seeking safe, reliable full- and part-time drivers, including owner operators and semi-retired individuals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver products via tractor-trailer or tri-axle trucks across intercity or multi-state routes.
- Operate within FMCSA Hours of Service regulations, planning routes with maps or GPS.
- Accept and execute pick-up and delivery orders using dispatch tools.
- Load, unload, and inspect cargo and equipment, maintaining cleanliness and functionality.
- Report safety, mechanical issues, and route incidents promptly.
- Monitor weather and traffic conditions, adhering to safety procedures in case of accidents.
- Maintain logs and perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
Qualifications
- CDL-A license and high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum two years of verifiable over-the-road driving experience or completion of a certified truck driver training program.
- Knowledge of FMCSA and other relevant regulations.
- Ability to pass drug screens, background checks, physical tests, and comply with federal requirements.
- Proficiency with electronic logs and dispatch systems.
- Strong communication, judgment, patience, and professionalism.
- Motivated self-starter and team player committed to safety and productivity.
