About the role
The Claims Adjuster Trainee at AssuranceAmerica will undergo comprehensive training to become an Adjuster Level 1 and obtain the necessary license to practice as a Resident Adjuster in Georgia. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can handle claims investigations, negotiations, and settlements.
Responsibilities
- Complete required self-study courses and classroom training
- Pass the State of Georgia Resident Adjuster Property and Casualty licensing exam
- Provide quality service to all parties involved in assigned claims
- Conduct thorough investigations into coverage, liability, and damages for assigned claims
- Work with minimal authority under direct supervision to investigate, reserve, negotiate, and settle claims
- Ensure all assigned claims are resolved timely and fairly based on the damages presented
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or at least one (1) year of experience in an Intake, Fast Track, Express Adjuster, or similar claims-related role with an insurance carrier
- Ability to pass the State of Georgia Resident Adjuster Property and Casualty licensing exam
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish)
