Claims Support Specialist
Job Summary
Acrisure is seeking a Claims Support Specialist to provide administrative and document management support to the claims team. This role is responsible for accurately processing claim documentation, maintaining electronic claim files, and supporting day-to-day administrative activities.
Responsibilities
- Receive, prepare, scan, and electronically file incoming claim documents
- Accurately index documentation into the appropriate electronic claim files
- Prepare letters, forms, and claim-related documents for mailing
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail processing
- Maintain organized electronic records and documentation
- Support claims professionals with general administrative and clerical activities
- Ensure document accuracy and timely processing
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Previous administrative, clerical, customer service, or office support experience beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to learn new systems and processes
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Education and Licenses
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or administrative experience is beneficial.
