About the Opportunity:The Claims Specialist- Liab plays a key role in managing and resolving low complexity, short-term claims with relatively low monetary value. This position ensures claims are processed efficiently and accurately within delegated authority, contributing to the organization’s goal of delivering responsive and compassionate service to claimants. 3. Responsibilities:• Administer and resolve non-complex short-term claims of low monetary amounts, including Fast Track and Incident Only claims.• Document and monitor open case inventory.• Ensure proper and timely closing and billing of files.• Make decisions on claims within delegated limited authority. 4. Requirements:• Previous experience in claims handling or a related field.• Ability to process claims efficiently within set guidelines.• Strong documentation and organizational skills.• Capacity to make decisions within limited authority. 5.
