Responsibilities
- Daily communication with outsourced team in Rivervale, NJ to assist and resolve daily issues and escalations
- Handle internal/external escalations from Service Partners, Field Ops & AR team
- Review requested labor rate with contract and upload the new rates into the system
- Assisting in auditing of warranty claims before warranty closing
- Compile and manage large amount of data from the system
- Prepare Ad Hoc reports related to warranty trends, cost, etc.
Background/Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Good communication skills
- Advanced skills in MS Office (heavy use of excel)
Pay Transparency
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $25.00 - $25.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
