Claims Specialist Lead
About the role
As a claims specialist on our team, you’ll play a critical role in our ability to successfully and efficiently resolve large-loss injury claims valued over $60k. Investigating intricate and high-risk claims—which may have some litigation features—you’ll consult with police officers, medical professionals, claimants and others involved in the accident. The information gathered will then be used while determining coverage, liability and the total value of the claim. This is a hybrid role. You’ll be expected to report to an office about four days per month for important meetings, training, and collaboration and will have the benefit of continued coaching from a supportive team. If you prefer an in-office environment, you’re welcome to work in the office more than four days per month.
