Also earlier there were some requirements: "Claims Specialists must be proficient users of computers, exhibit excellent verbal and written communication, have a friendly tone, be resilient to change, and adapt to new procedures, while demonstrating professionalism with every client." That's similar.
We could combine into a single "Requirements" section with list.
But we also have "Qualifications" maybe for education etc. However we can just have one section "Requirements" covering all.
But the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We'll omit Qualifications and Skills separate.
Thus Requirements list will include all the above.
Now Benefits: "Teammate Benefits & Total Well-Being" paragraph.
We need to capture all details:
- Health Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance
- Financial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement
- Mental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services
- Beyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more.
- Note: Not reflective of all benefits. Enrollment waiting periods or eligibility criteria may apply to certain benefits. Benefit details and offerings may vary for subsidiary entities or in specific geographic locations.
We'll put as
- each bullet? Could be a paragraph with semicolons. Better to list each benefit category as
- . We'll preserve details.
Pay: "Pay Range 17.00 - 17.00 Hourly". Also note: "The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role." We'll include that as part of Pay section.
Schedule: Travel Requirements paragraph: "This is a fully remote job position but may require some onsite trainings/meetings In office work will be required for first 90 days". Also maybe note about remote.
We'll put as
. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: Recruiting Vendor Disclosure Statement, Equal Opportunity Employer, etc. Now produce HTML. Let's craft.

Schedule
This is a fully remote job position but may require some onsite trainings/meetings. In-office work will be required for the first 90 days.
Check for any duplicated content: We removed the "Travel Requirements" heading and used Schedule. We kept all substantive info. We didn't include the "About One80" company description. Is that substantive? It's about the company, not role. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It didn't list "About the company". So we can omit that. It's not required to include. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones."
