About the role
Responsible for processing insurance claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with insurance policies.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify insurance claims for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure all claims are filed within required timeframes and adhere to insurance company guidelines.
- Update claim status in the company’s database and communicate updates to clients.
- Handle escalated cases and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a claims processing role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Basic understanding of healthcare regulations.

Pay
