What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Processing high volumes of benefit claims with precision
- Issuing reimbursements and ensuring financial accuracy
- Managing enrollments, eligibility updates, and payroll-related status changes
- Administering FSA, HRA, ICHRA, HSA, and other customized benefit plans
- Responding to client and participant inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Implementing plan setups and processing plan changes
- Maintaining compliance and documentation standards
Backgrounds That Translate Well to This Role
- Experience in Accounts Payable (AP)
- Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Experience in Payroll processing
- Experience in Banking or financial operations
- Experience in Human Resources administration
- Experience in Employee benefits administration
- Experience in Insurance claims processing
- Experience in TPA or carrier environments

- Proven ability to deliver high-level customer service
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Analytical thinking and sound problem-solving ability
- Basic math/accounting competency
- Able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to shift priorities quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems
