• Resolve high volumes of aging insurance claims with payers and providers by calling insurance companies or using their websites.
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies, demonstrating detail orientation and tactfulness.
• Work well within a team while maintaining self-motivation.

• Ability and self-confidence to communicate effectively, and tactfully, to both large insurance company representatives and individual clients.
• Resolving high volumes of aging insurance claims.
• Other tasks as requested by direct Manager.
