Claims Representative

About the role

Acuity is seeking entry‑level Claims Representatives to start in January 2027. Claims Representatives investigate property, auto, and general liability claims to determine specifics, including phone contact with involved parties and obtaining information via phone, fax, and e‑mail from agents, doctors, attorneys, and other external parties. The investigation and evaluation process includes determining coverage under the insurance policy, evaluating liability, assessing damages, forecasting reserves, and providing best‑in‑class customer service.
