Claims Processor
About the role
As a Claims Processor, you will take the first reports of accidents and initiate the claims investigation process. This position is the front line of our claims department and is crucial in setting the tone for fulfilling our promise of providing exceptional service to our insureds. You will use your independent judgment and communication skills to obtain information about losses, determine if coverage exists, and assign cases to an adjuster.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six years of experience in an office environment and/or customer service role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Track record of dependability and sound decision-making
Schedule
Training schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, length to be determined by the manager.
Hybrid Shift Schedule after training: Wednesday 9am – 6:30pm, Thursday/Friday/Saturday 9am – 7pm.
Eligible for a hybrid work schedule (three days in the office, two days remote) after training.
