As a Claims CSR II, you will play a vital role in assisting adjusters with the initial contact with insureds. You will be responsible for completing the necessary tasks to open, process, and close claims. Become a part of our dynamic team that is dedicated to helping one another.
- Assist customers by taking and processing their claims.
- Assist the adjuster with the initial contact with insureds, and assist in completing the necessary tasks to open, process, and close claims.
- Perform functions necessary to assist adjusters to meet customer needs and conserve business.
- High school diploma required.
- Computer experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience preferred.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to spell correctly and type 45 words per minute.
- Ability to perform job adequately by end of 6 months.
