Responsibilities
- Serve as a first point of contact for inquiries related to claims.
- Handle Explanation of Reimbursement (EOR) requests, claim status inquiries, general claim-related questions, and prescreening information received for initial claim file setups.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in claims processing, healthcare administration, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software.

Pay
- Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000.
Schedule
- Hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
