Claims Correspondence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for inquiries related to claims.
• Handle Explanation of Reimbursement (EOR) requests, claim status inquiries, general claim-related questions, and prescreening information received for initial claim file setups.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in claims processing, healthcare administration, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software.

Pay

• Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000.

Schedule

• Hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
