Job Title: Claims Change Manager - Claims Transformation Location: Chicago, IL, Hybrid Type: Contract Required Qualifications 10+ years of Insurance industry experience.5+ years of Claims Management experience.5+ years of Change Management experience.3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Project experience.10+ years of overall experience in project delivery, change management, or business transformation.Proven experience managing change initiatives from planning and design through implementation, adoption, and stabilization.Strong understanding of Claims processes, workflow analysis, process mapping, operating models, and process redesign.Experience coordinating business, technology, data, reporting, communications, training, testing, and adoption workstreams.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, dependency tracking, operational controls, and benefits realization.Experience managing senior stakeholders, including executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders.Familiarity with project and change management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, or equivalent frameworks.
