Claims Analyst, Settlement Administration

Responsibilities

• Handle data entry of claimant information
• Conduct claim reviews
• Process and reconcile reports
• Update and maintain the firm’s database and document management systems
• Communicate electronically and telephonically with claimants
• Manage claim payment distribution activities
• Prepare periodic reports to courts and counsel as needed

Requirements

• Post-secondary education or 3 years of direct experience in claims administration or legal support services
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of responsibility and cooperative attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
