Claims Adjuster - Workers Compensation | Jurisdiction: WA | Licensing: WA - Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Analyze mid- and higher-level workers compensation claims to determine benefits due
• Ensure ongoing adjudication of claims within company standards and industry best practices
• Identify subrogation opportunities and negotiate settlements
• Communicate claim activity and processing with claimants and clients
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to requests as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
• 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• WA licensing or jurisdiction knowledge required

Pay

The starting pay range for this role in Washington is ($58, 331.00 - $81,664.00).

Schedule

Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
