Responsibilities
- Analyze mid- and higher-level workers compensation claims to determine benefits due
- Ensure ongoing adjudication of claims within company standards and industry best practices
- Identify subrogation opportunities and negotiate settlements
- Communicate claim activity and processing with claimants and clients
- Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to requests as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
- 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- WA licensing or jurisdiction knowledge required

Pay
The starting pay range for this role in Washington is ($58, 331.00 - $81,664.00).
Schedule
Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
