About the role

As a Claims Adjuster - Subrogation / Arbitration at FRED LOYA INSURANCE AGENCY in El Paso, TX, you will be responsible for investigating claims, evaluating damages, negotiating settlements, and representing the insurance company's interests in arbitration proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims thoroughly to determine coverage and extent of loss.
• Evaluate damages and negotiate settlements with policyholders.
• Prepare reports and documentation for submission to clients and insurance companies.
• Represent the company in arbitration hearings and mediations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third-party vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in claims adjusting or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually.
