About the role
This position is for our subrogation triage team and involves highly repetitive daily tasks, detailed review of claim facts, and decision-making ability. For this role, an individual reviews between 300-500 files daily to assess subrogation potential. This role is task-oriented with high volume and does not involve adjusting claims.
This role is eligible for fully remote work and is an entry-level position requiring 1-3 years of claims experience.
Responsibilities
- Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to optimally serve clients
- Review 300-500 files daily for subrogation potential
- Perform highly repetitive tasks with attention to detail
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1-3 years of related claims experience
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
