Claims Adjuster

About the role

60% of our Claims are centered around Worker’s compensation. We also handle some General and auto liability claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage the claim end-to-end
• Work with Third Party Adjusters
• Provide “push-back” or ask questions before a claim is settled

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in claims adjusting
• Experience with Worker’s Compensation claims preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license

Skills

• Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation laws and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
