Claim Specialist - WCCS Deployed

Responsibilities

• Grow your skills and potential within State Farm, a leader in technology-driven claim services.
• Handle homeowners, commercial, and large loss claims from natural disasters and weather-related events.
• Work closely with policyholders to explain coverage, estimate damages, and assist them through the claims process.
• Provide Remarkable® service, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and decision-making skills.
• Physical agility to navigate rooftops and inspect structures.
• Ability to complete Rope and Harness Safety Training (RAST).
• Competitive candidates should demonstrate relevant claims adjusting experience and/or construction background.
• A valid driver's license is required.
