Claim Specialist - WCCS Deployed

Responsibilities

• Support and protect policyholders with enhanced skillsets
• Meet with insureds, explain coverage, estimate damages, and assist in the claims process
• Provide Remarkable® service to customers

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and decision-making skills
• Physical agility for tasks such as walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and traversing roofs
• Ability to utilize appropriate equipment for safety during inspections
• Completion of Rope and Harness Safety Training (RAST)
• Relevant claims adjusting experience and/or construction background preferred
• Xactimate, XactContents, and Property and Casualty Adjuster's License in some states preferred
• Valid driver's license required
