Claim Specialist - WCCS Deployed

Responsibilities

• Grow Your Skills, Grow Your Potential
• Support and protect policyholders with enhanced skillsets
• First point of contact for insureds, explaining coverage, estimating damages, and guiding through claims process
• Handle homeowners, commercial, and large loss claims from natural disasters and weather-related events
• Work Fire claims with assignments to Fire Proximity territories and/or In-Office operations as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and decision-making skills
• Physical agility for tasks such as walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, stooping, frequent lifting, carrying, unfolding, and climbing ladders
• Ability to utilize appropriate equipment safely during inspections of residential and commercial structures
• Ability to crawl in tight spaces for claim adjustments
• Completion of Rope and Harness Safety Training (RAST)
• Competitive candidates should demonstrate relevant claims adjusting experience and/or construction background
• Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
