- Maintain an inventory of claims handled within departmental guidelines
- Follow best practices policies and procedures and budgetary guidelines
- Field investigations
- Negotiate limited settlements
- Set reserves
- Attend mediations
- Document all file activity
Requirements
- Litigation experience required
- Primary handling states: Gulf Coast and Midwest states
- Field-based position
- Preferred location: MO, IL, IN, MI, OH, KY, TN, AR, AL, MS, LA

The salary range for this position is $91,389-$140,737 annually.
