We are seeking an experienced Civil/Site Land Development Engineer (PE/Project Manager) to join a well-established multidisciplinary engineering firm with an outstanding reputation and a collaborative culture. Responsibilities
- Lead civil/site land development projects from concept through permitting and construction
- Manage project teams and coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Provide technical design expertise in site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings, and specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 6–10 years of civil/site land development experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey, Connecticut, and Delaware, or the ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity if relocating
- Project management experience preferred

- Strong technical design and problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency with site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting processes
