Responsibilities

• Lead civil/site land development projects from concept through permitting and construction
• Manage project teams and coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
• Provide technical design expertise in site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings, and specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 6–10 years of civil/site land development experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey, Connecticut, and Delaware, or the ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity if relocating
• Project management experience preferred

• Strong technical design and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent client communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting processes
