CIVIL QUALITY ASSURANCE

STI Group is seeking full-time quality control inspectors in the Beaumont, Texas area. STI Group is a national industrial services company that provides construction, turnaround, maintenance, fabrication, and repair services to the oil and gas and industrial sectors. Responsibilities

QC inspectors will have the pivotal role of ensuring that our clients get the level of quality they need and expect from STI Group.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a Disa drug screen
• 5 years minimum experience in the Civil department
• Detail oriented
• Proficient in reading and interpreting civil drawings and plans
• Familiar with ACI standards
• Understands the inspections before placing concrete, grout and epoxy for all aspects of heavy construction
• Understands the importance of concrete mix designs and reviewing and submitting for approval
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Blue Beam
• Experience in developing and following inspection & test plans (ITP’s)

Qualifications

Job candidates will need to have five years experience as a Quality Inspector, and a minimum of 5 years experience in the civil department as a craftsman/supervisor.
