About the Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for a civil engineer looking to lead diverse site development projects while building a long-term career with a stable, growth-oriented organization. The firm is a well-established, employee-owned consulting engineering company with a growing team in the Greater Chicago area.
What You'll Do
- Manage commercial and residential site development projects from design through construction.
- Prepare and oversee grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans.
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and internal project teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of civil site design experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong project management and client communication skills
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Compensation & Benefits
