About the role
We are seeking a Civil Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with experience in designing and overseeing construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage civil engineering projects from concept through completion
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
- Oversee the design and implementation of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards
- Manage project budgets and schedules, and communicate progress to clients
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Qualifications
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation
- Knowledge of structural analysis and geotechnical engineering principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other engineering software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay
The starting salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a standard Monday through Friday schedule.
