About the role

We are seeking a Civil Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with experience in designing and overseeing construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage civil engineering projects from concept through completion
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
• Oversee the design and implementation of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards
• Manage project budgets and schedules, and communicate progress to clients
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Qualifications

• Experience with project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation
• Knowledge of structural analysis and geotechnical engineering principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other engineering software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a standard Monday through Friday schedule.
