Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities
- Maintain industry connections
- Ensure efficient project execution within budget and schedule
- Play a key role in talent recruitment and development
- Align team capabilities with corporate strategy
- Grow a profitable practice and establish WGI as a regional leader
Requirements
- Regularly market services to current and prospective clients
- Confer with management, production, and marketing staff
- Monitor and assist the team in meeting all financial goals
- Recruit team members, assign, direct, and evaluate their work
- Oversee the development and maintenance of team member competence
- Coordinate and mentor Team Leaders
- Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures
- Prepare budgets, bids, and contracts
- Build a backlog projection
- Coordinate with team leaders
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field
- 20 or more years of experience post graduation
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or other professional license as required
- Post graduate business education and/or MBA preferred
