About the role

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is seeking experienced Civil Litigation Attorneys for its Ontario/Inland Empire office. The firm offers flexible work arrangements, including hybrid options, and welcomes candidates with various levels of experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment, environmental, toxic tort, product, commercial, general liability, healthcare, and professional liability cases
• Work collaboratively as part of a driven team
• Develop and present legal arguments effectively
• Conduct thorough research and analysis
• Prepare and present documents for court proceedings
• Participate in depositions and trials
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to resolve disputes

Requirements

• Admission to practice law in the State of California
• Strong academic background
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in trial advocacy is preferred but not required

Qualifications

• Driven and proactive attitude
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently
• Ability to handle complex legal matters with minimal supervision

Pay

The firm's current national base salary ranges are:

• Associates (1-6 years): $100,000 - $165,000
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (5 years or more): $140,000 - $215,000
• Partners (7 years or more): $190,000 - $275,000
