About the role

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) has immediate openings for civil litigation attorneys with at least three years’ experience. We welcome applications from all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive team projects and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Handle complex litigation cases, including employment, commercial, construction, healthcare, professional liability, insurance coverage, and more
• Prepare and present legal arguments in court and during depositions
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support legal strategies
• Write clear and persuasive legal documents
• Appear before judges and juries in various settings

Requirements

• Admission to practice law in the state you apply to
• At least three years of relevant litigation experience
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong academic background
• Proven research and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Qualifications

• Driven and collaborative team player
• Experience in multiple practice areas such as employment, complex commercial, construction, healthcare, professional liability, insurance coverage, and bad faith
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Preferred but not required: trial experience

Pay

The yearly salary range is as follows: Associates: $100,000-$150,000; Senior Counsel/Of Counsel: $140,000-$200,000; Partners: $190,000-$275,000. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, and location.

Schedule

Successful candidates may be based in any of our U.S. offices with remote flexible options available.
