Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) has immediate openings for civil litigation attorneys with a minimum of at least three years’ experience. We welcome all experience levels to apply. Responsibilities
- Drive team projects and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Handle employment, environmental, toxic tort, product, commercial, general liability, construction, healthcare, professional liability, and insurance defense cases
- Write and present legal arguments persuasively
- Conduct thorough research and analysis
- Manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Participate in trial proceedings, depositions, and hearings
Requirements
- Admitted to practice in Delaware
- Minimum of three years’ experience in civil litigation
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Strong academic background
- Proven skills in research
- Self-starter capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision

Pay
- Associates (1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000
- Partners (7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+
