Responsibilities

• Drive team projects and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Handle employment, environmental, toxic tort, product, commercial, general liability, healthcare, construction, and professional liability matters
• Write and speak persuasively in legal contexts
• Show strong research and analytical skills
• Manage tasks independently with minimal supervision
• Participate in trial proceedings, depositions, and hearings

Requirements

• Must be licensed and admitted to practice in California
• Driven team player with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
• Strong academic background
• Proven skills in research
• Self-starter capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision
• Trial experience preferred but not required

• Experience in civil litigation
• Admission to practice in California
• Licensed attorney

Pay

The firm's current national base salary ranges are:

• Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000
• Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
