Candidates will collaborate with experienced attorneys in various practice areas, including Employment, Construction, Product Liability, and General Liability. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys in practice areas like Employment, Construction, Product Liability, and General Liability.
- Work alongside partners with extensive litigation experience in trials and arbitrations nationwide.
- Handle assignments with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
- Possess strong academic backgrounds and proven skills in research.
- Must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Hawaii, with licenses in additional states a plus.
Requirements
- Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Hawaii.
- Licenses in California, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Montana, Nevada, and Idaho a plus.
- At least three years of civil litigation experience.
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
- Strong academic background and proven research skills.
- Self-starter capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision.
- Trial experience preferred but not required.

Pay
The firm's current national base salary ranges are:
- Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000;
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000;
- Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+.
Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.

The firm offers a mix of full-time and part-time options, as well as remote and alternative work arrangements.
