Civil Engineering Technology Adjunct Instructor
Job Responsibilities
This position is based at the Thornley Campus. The selected candidate must also be willing to provide online instruction and services as needed.
Course Description
CET 245 focuses on the basic principles of cost estimating for commercial and residential construction projects, including quantity takeoffs, pricing, bid preparation, and industry-standard estimating practices.
Minimum And Additional Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a strongly related field and related industry/engineering/surveying experience
- A civil engineering or architecture degree preferred
- Post-secondary teaching experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, and the ability to function in an environment characterized by continual changes in information technology is essential
