Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a project team to ensure quality work
  • Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and staffing
  • Effectively communicate with clients
  • Ensure project-specific delivery requirements are met
  • Lead project pursuits, secure contract work, negotiate contracts, and provide updates as requested
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and development to staff
  • Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborate with colleagues and utilize internal resources to continuously enhance professional skills
  • Adhere to internal Quality Control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
  • 7+ years of relevant experience with multiple years leading projects
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) License (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical competence in developing and managing project budgets
  • Knowledge of client standards and Quality Control processes
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend conferences

We're hiring for our Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, and Eau Claire, WI offices.
