Job Responsibilities
- Set goals, monitor, and implement short and long-term vision for team as part of the annual business plan
- Manage scope, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, client communications, staffing, and budget for the entire project lifecycle, from project pursuit through project delivery
- Lead and mentor colleagues on transportation related projects
- Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
- Communicate effectively internally and externally
- Assist in determining staffing needs, recruiting and retaining staff
- Adhere to internal Quality Control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- 10+ years of relevant experience with multiple years leading projects
- A Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Wisconsin or ability to obtain PE
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend conferences
