Civil Engineering Project Manager (PE), Water Resources

What You Will Do

• Support preparation of scopes of work and budgets.
• Manage quality assurance and control analysis to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations and Halff requirements and comply with recognized standards and codes of practice.
• Aid in managing the workload of staff including other Engineers, EIT’s, and technical staff.
• Be responsible for project financial success and project delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients associated with assigned projects

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering Degree.
• PE license in the state of Texas or can obtain within 6 months.
• 5-10 years of experience supporting projects in water resources planning, hydrology, hydraulic modeling, and other engineering tasks.
• Good technical writing and communication skills.
• Must be proficient in project management, administration, and supervision.
• Must have technical experience with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, ArcGIS, and/or CADD.
• Experience with 2D modeling software packages are beneficial but not required.
