Civil Engineering Project Manager (PE), Water Resources
What You Will Do
- Support preparation of scopes of work and budgets.
- Manage quality assurance and control analysis to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations and Halff requirements and comply with recognized standards and codes of practice.
- Aid in managing the workload of staff including other Engineers, EIT’s, and technical staff.
- Be responsible for project financial success and project delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients associated with assigned projects
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering Degree.
- PE license in the state of Texas or can obtain within 6 months.
- 5-10 years of experience supporting projects in water resources planning, hydrology, hydraulic modeling, and other engineering tasks.
- Good technical writing and communication skills.
- Must be proficient in project management, administration, and supervision.
- Must have technical experience with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, ArcGIS, and/or CADD.
- Experience with 2D modeling software packages are beneficial but not required.
