Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple civil engineering projects from concept through completion
  • Manage schedules, budgets, staffing, and client relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and regulatory agencies
  • Lead hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) analyses, stormwater design, and technical oversight across drainage, water, wastewater, and transportation projects
  • Review plans, specifications, calculations, reports, and permit applications
  • Support proposals and client development efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • PE license in Florida or Alabama, or the ability to obtain licensure
  • 7+ years of civil engineering experience
  • Proven track record managing projects, budgets, and client relationships
  • Strong background in municipal infrastructure, stormwater, drainage, hydrology, and hydraulics
  • AutoCAD Civil 3D and ICPR or other hydraulic modeling software experience preferred
