Civil Engineering Intern (Aviation) - Summer 2027
About the Role
Join the Aviation Infrastructure team as an Aviation Engineering Intern and gain hands-on experience on a variety of conventional and design-build projects. This in-office position combines innovative design with a strong knowledge of technical standards to exceed client expectations and provide cost-effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Collaborate in a team environment while also working independently.
- Apply engineering principles to aviation infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering at an ABET-accredited university with at least 1 year remaining until program completion.
- 2.5 GPA or above.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or related experience.
- Experience with AutoCAD/AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience or exposure to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circulars.
- Specific interest in Aviation Infrastructure.
