About the role

ESP Associates is seeking motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn and a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. This position supports infrastructure improvements through projects involving long-term planning, construction document preparation for roads, storm drainage systems, storm water management facilities, water and sanitary sewer utility design, sediment and erosion control, and traffic control.

Responsibilities

  • Works in a fast-paced, design team environment.
  • Develops strong relationships with team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology EI or EIT
  • A minimum of 2 years of qualifying civil engineering design experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience with AutoCAD and/or Civil3D

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, design team environment
  • Passes a drug screen, background check, and has a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company’s driving (MVR) policy
