Civil Engineer - Project Manager
About the role
You’ll work with project teams to create land development plans for our commercial, institutional, and residential clients. From an urban redevelopment site, industrial sites, to a new school project, you’ll take part in designing site layouts, grading plans, storm water management facilities, water quality best management practices, and utilities.
Responsibilities
- Interact with clients, contractors, local government officials, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and manage project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive site designs.
- Prepare and present project proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with project management standards.
Requirements
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. a plus)
- 7+ years’ professional engineering experience
- Professional Engineering Licensure (P.E.)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D
- Experience and knowledge of commercial real estate site design
