Lead site/civil engineering projects from concept through design, permitting, and construction support
Prepare site designs including grading, site layout, utility plans, and erosion and sediment control plans
Design stormwater management systems for land development and infrastructure projects
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in land development, stormwater management, and utility design
Develop project scopes, contracts, budgets, and project schedules
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, municipalities, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders
Attend field meetings, site visits, and Town/City public meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal staff and regulatory agencies
Prepare technical reports and local/state permit applications
Support projects involving multifamily housing, single-family subdivisions, commercial, industrial, stormwater retrofit, and mixed-use residential development
Contribute to business development and client relationship efforts

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred
4-8 years of relevant site/civil engineering experience required
Strong site design experience required, preferably with commercial and residential development projects
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; Maine PE license is a plus
Experience with local and state permitting requirements required
AutoCAD experience required
HydroCAD experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams preferred
Must be willing to travel to client sites and attend Town/City public meetings
