Civil Engineer (PE Required)

Gray AES is seeking a Civil Engineer with a Professional Engineering License. Responsibilities include leading civil design efforts, collaborating with various stakeholders, preparing site improvement plans, and ensuring compliance with codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred
• Professional Engineering License required
• 8-15 years of experience in civil design, with leadership or coordination responsibilities preferred
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Civil Engineering Design software, stormwater modeling software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Experience in calculating earthwork quantities, establishing plan and profiles for roadways and pipelines, and determining quantities for pavement, pipe, drainage structures, erosion control, rock, open channels, and fencing
• Demonstrated ability to lead design efforts, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to project planning and resource allocation
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Energetic, self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to professional development
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
