Civil Engineer PE / Partner Potential

About the role

The owner is specifically looking for someone with the drive, professionalism, and long-term vision to eventually grow into a Partner within the firm.

Responsibilities

• Civil engineering design and drafting for commercial and site development projects
• Site layout, grading, drainage, and stormwater management
• Assisting with permitting and regulatory compliance
• Collaborating with internal disciplines and project stakeholders
• Supporting project management efforts and client communication
• Helping deliver high-quality plans efficiently and accurately

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering design or civil drafting
• Strong AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D experience
• PE License in South Carolina
• Ability to independently complete drawings and design work efficiently
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in long-term growth

Benefits

• Base salary target: $80K–$120K+ depending on experience
• Standard schedule: Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–5:30pm, Friday: 7:30am–11:30am
• Potential future flexibility for four 10-hour days after onboarding
