Your impact
We're looking for a Civil Engineer in either Cary, NC/Cincinnati, OH/Indianapolis, IN or Conshohocken, PA locations who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on projects including state of the art industrial and commercial facilities. You’ll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop all aspects of civil design for land/site development and infrastructure projects.
- Work common to the role will include masterplanning, site planning, utility design, grading/drainage/stormwater/erosion control design, permitting, and much more.
- Gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule.
- Accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks.
- Work on projects including state of the art industrial and commercial facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in civil engineering design
- Working knowledge of AutoCad, Civil 3D, 3D Modeling preferred
- Civil engineering modeling experience with Hydraflow, PondPack, WaterCAD, StormCAD, or similar software
- Exposure to permitting and permit processes
- Engineer in Training (EIT)

- Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
- Passion for buildings and construction
- LEED experience considered a plus

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $145,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
