Civil Engineer Estimator

Responsibilities

• Analyze telecom construction plans, designs, and specifications to develop comprehensive civil cost estimates

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in estimating civil scopes, preferably within the telecom, utilities, or infrastructure sector
• Skills: Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and industry standards; proficiency in estimating software (e.g., HeavyBid, RSMeans, or similar); ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and telecom network plans; excellent analytical and math skills with high attention to detail
• License: Valid driver's license and ability to perform field visits as needed
