Civil Construction Estimator

Seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to manage civil construction projects from estimating through field completion.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare civil construction take-offs, bids, and project estimates.
• Coordinate daily field schedules and project activities.
• Manage subcontractors.
• Order project materials and track change orders throughout the job.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Oversee project schedules and budgets through field completion.
• Supervise crews and coordinate daily field activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role managing multiple civil construction projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with takeoff software, Microsoft Office programs, QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organization and effective time management skills.
• CDL preferred but not required.
