Brief Description

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Site Development team. In this role, you will support the design and permitting of diverse projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial developments. You will work under the guidance of Professional Engineers (PEs) to transform raw land into functional built environments by preparing comprehensive site plans, drainage reports, and permit applications.

Annual Base Salary

Annual Base Salary: $66,000 - $81,000

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
  • Certification: EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certification preferred, or a clear path to obtaining it within 6 months of hire.
  • Technical Proficiency: Foundational experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is highly preferred. Exposure to modeling software like HydroCAD, StormCAD, or PondPack is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts through both written reports and verbal presentations.
