About the role

This role involves managing land development projects, overseeing construction phases, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage land development projects from planning to completion
• Oversight of construction phases including site preparation, grading, and infrastructure installation
• Ensure all projects comply with local zoning laws and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to implement design plans
• Prepare and present project reports to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in land development
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Passing score on a professional engineering exam (if required)
